FOOD GLORIOUS FOOD.

Coming up with a new seasonal menu can be quite challenging. Old customers sometimes don't like to see their favourite dishes go, new customers want more variety and I rack my brain to think of what's in season...what will reheat well...what will freeze well...what you all like and want...what we can cook in our time frame?

The one thing I can assure you all of, is that the utmost of care is taken throughout every process of the business, fromt he menu writing, the purchasing, the preparation, the cooking, the packaging and then finally the delivery.

I am open to suggestions, and welcome them in fact. I am loving the new website and look forward to an exciting year ahead, delivering a lot of meals to you all!
